Overview
This Is Not A Nollywood Movie is a meta, action‑comedy directed and written by Wale Ojo. The film centres on Okechukwu Nwadibe, a washed-up director from Nnewi who dreams he’s won an Oscar — interpreting it as a sign to mount a comeback in Lagos. Along with his loyal friend Pius Godloves You, he makes a series of increasingly bad decisions, including taking a shady loan from a gangster, leading to chaos and absurdity.
