Have you ever found yourself replaying a Netflix scene that lingers in your mind long after it’s over? Netflix’s newest mobile feature, Moments, launching globally today on iOS (and on Android in the coming weeks), now lets fans save, revisit, and share their favourite scenes with ease. Designed to enrich the streaming experience, Moments gives users a simple way to bookmark memorable highlights from their favourite shows and movies, offering an enhanced way to interact with content.
With Moments, Netflix lets viewers capture standout scenes that have captivated them, such as the intense showdown in Beef or a spooky twist in Wednesday. It’s also perfectly timed to prepare fans for the December 26th release of Squid Game Season 2, letting them revisit the suspense-filled game sequences from Season 1 before diving into the next chapter.
Using Moments is simple. If you’re watching the latest season of Bridgerton on your phone and want to save the long-anticipated kiss between Colin and Penelope in the carriage, all it takes is a tap on the Moments button at the bottom of your screen. The scene will then save automatically to your My Netflix tab, where you can easily return to it anytime. If you decide to rewatch an episode or film, Moments will even start playback directly from your bookmarked scene, creating a seamless experience.
Sharing these scenes on social media is just as convenient. With just a few taps, users can share their Moments across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others, spreading the excitement and reliving iconic moments with friends and followers.
The release of Moments coincides with Netflix’s new global brand campaign, “It’s So Good,” which showcases the platform’s most beloved and memorable scenes. The campaign includes appearances from celebrities such as Cardi B, Simone Biles, and Giancarlo Esposito, celebrating the powerful moments that have kept fans hooked worldwide.
Netflix’s Moments feature not only adds a personalized touch to streaming but also transforms favourite scenes into social media highlights, redefining the way fans engage with and share their favourite content. As Moments rolls out worldwide, viewers have a fresh way to savour and celebrate the unforgettable magic of Netflix.
