Timini Egbuson (born June 10, 1987, in Bayelsa State, Nigeria) is a renowned Nigerian actor, producer, model, and media personality. He studied Psychology at the University of Lagos, graduating in 2011, after completing his early education at Greenspring Montessori, The Afro School, St. Catherine’s, and Adebayo Mokuolu College.
Timini launched his acting career in 2010 with a role in the M-Net soap opera Tinsel. His breakthrough came in 2013 as Tobi in MTV Shuga, a role that elevated him to prominence in Nollywood. Since then, he has starred in and produced numerous hit films such as Elevator Baby (for which he won Best Actor in a Drama at the 2020 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards), Fifty, A Tribe Called Judah, Something Like Gold, Reel Love (his debut production, released on Valentine's Day 2025), Breaded Life, and Big Love.
Timini’s versatility spans television and film, including appearances in Skinny Girl in Transit, The Smart Money Woman, and more. His dynamic performances, box-office successes, and foray into producing reinforce his reputation as one of Nollywood’s most impactful multi-talents. In 2024, he was named the most impactful African actor of the year by Top Charts Africa and also among the continent’s 100 most influential individuals.
